Initial Consultation

  • Dr. Quinlan offers a free initial 15-minute video consultation to all prospective clients. During this call, we will discuss your reasons for seeking treatment at this time, goals for treatment, fees, and any other questions you may have.

Perinatal

  • Dr. Quinlan has developed a specialty area working with individuals who are trying to conceive, pregnant, and/or postpartum. Specifically, Dr. Quinlan helps individuals navigate the emotional ups and downs through the journey of parenthood, along with common experiences of anxiety and stress associated with this journey.

Individual Therapy

  • Dr. Quinlan works with a wide range of presenting concerns, including but not limited to, adjustment and life transitions, anxiety and stress, depression and grief, divorce, prenatal, pregnancy, postpartum, relationships (family, parenting, peer, romantic, sexual), women’s issues, and identity/sense of self.

Couples Therapy

  • Dr. Quinlan integrates a variety of treatment approaches when working with couples, including Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, in which she has completed Level II training. She begins couples therapy with the Gottman Method’s comprehensive 4-session assessment phase. During the final assessment session, you will discuss the relationship’s strengths and challenges, as well as collaboratively formulate a treatment plan. Dr. Quinlan works to ensure that all members feel heard and supported while navigating the complexities of couples therapy.
